Lisa Garon

A Modern Renaissance Woman

Lisa Garon is a dynamic leader, communicator, and visionary with a passion for guiding others toward intentional, faith-filled living. A true Renaissance woman, Lisa blends her talents in writing, speaking, pastoring, and business with an adventurous spirit and a lifelong love of learning.

Lisa's journey is marked by personal transformation. At 30, she faced an identity crisis that led her to fully surrender to God, allowing Him to shape her into the person she was meant to be. This pivotal experience fuels her mission to encourage others to know God at the center of their being and align their thoughts, feelings, and actions with His purpose and in alignment with the Bible.

With over two decades of experience, Lisa has served in a variety of roles—from business management and administration to pastoring and church planting support to leading workshops and retreats that inspire others to deepen their faith and live missionally. She is an engaging speaker who brings clarity and warmth to complex topics, making spirituality accessible and actionable. Whether she’s crafting thought-provoking articles, developing strategic communication for ministries, or mentoring leaders, Lisa’s voice resonates with encouragement, wisdom, and authenticity.

Her natural curiosity, creativity and adaptability drive her to take on new challenges—whether developing strategies for the multiplication of disciples and leaders for the church, researching innovative church models, flipping furniture and clothes, dabbling in watercolors, or training for a sprint triathlon. Whether leading a women’s retreat, crafting strategic prayer initiatives, or navigating the world of online reselling, she approaches each endeavor with intentionality, passion, and a heart for transformation.

Currently based in Oregon (though her heart is full of wanderlust), Lisa continues to explore new opportunities, build meaningful connections, and empower others to step into their callings. Lisa and her husband, Robert, have been married since August 2003, balancing each other's strengths through their shared journey of identity and faith. Their son, Brayden, serves in the United States Coast Guard. Lisa enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, hiking, and spending time with their three fur babies.

With an ever-expanding range of interests and an unshakable foundation in faith, Lisa exemplifies what it means to be a modern Renaissance woman—always learning, always creating, and always inspiring others along the way.

Lisa has been featured on a number of articles, publications, and podcasts. You can find these and her sermons at this page.
